Terms of Service – Credit Repair Onboarding

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION THROUGH OUR CREDIT REPAIR ONBOARDING FORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT SUBMIT THE FORM OR USE OUR SERVICES.

  • 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the credit repair onboarding form provided by iStanTallLLC and EverythingEvolveLLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

    2. Services Provided

    We provide credit repair and related financial services, which may include but are not limited to:

    • Reviewing your credit report and history

    • Preparing and submitting disputes to credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies on your behalf

    • Consulting regarding credit-related issues

    • Communicating with you about your credit status and action items

    No specific outcome, score improvement, or deletion is guaranteed. Credit repair results vary by individual.

    3. Client Obligations

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the onboarding form and throughout the credit repair process

    • Promptly notify us of any changes to your personal or contact information

    • Cooperate with our requests for additional documentation or clarification as reasonably needed

    You acknowledge that failure to provide accurate or timely information may delay or impair our ability to perform services.

    4. Fees and Payment

    You agree to pay all applicable fees as disclosed prior to service initiation. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. Payment of fees is required before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    5. Authorization

    By submitting the onboarding form, you expressly authorize us to:

    • Obtain your credit report from credit bureaus as necessary

    • Prepare and submit disputes or inquiries to credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies on your behalf

    • Communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and other relevant parties as needed to provide services

    6. Privacy and Data Security

    Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

    7. No Legal or Financial Advice

    Our services are not a substitute for legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for advice regarding your particular situation.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, iStanTallLLC and EverythingEvolveLLC and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of credit score, loss of data, or financial loss. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iStanTallLLC, EverythingEvolveLLC, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your negligent or wrongful conduct, or your misuse of our services.

    10. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website or delivery to you. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
